Throughout the year we patiently make note of each Wild Plum tree we come across because come August, we're back to harvest. Wild plums are smaller and more tart than regular plums. They make for a surprisingly complex alternative to the traditional plum flavor we know and love. Our Wild Plum jam is worth a try when looking for something new!
